In a world where the miracle of life is often celebrated, many individuals and couples find themselves on a challenging path to parenthood. Infertility is a deeply personal and emotionally taxing journey, one that can be overwhelming and filled with uncertainty. It is within this complex landscape that I have chosen to dedicate myself to helping people going through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and traumas relating to this.

The decision to undergo IVF is never made lightly. It's a journey marked by hope, resilience, and an unwavering desire to create a family. Having witnessed the struggles, triumphs, and heartaches that come with IVF first hand, I felt compelled to offer my support and expertise to those navigating this intricate process.

I recognised the need for a compassionate guide to help people navigate the often overwhelming world of IVF. My goal is to provide emotional support, share knowledge, and offer practical advice to empower those on this path to make informed decisions and, ultimately, to increase their chances of achieving their dream of parenthood.

In this endeavour, I aim to shed light on the intricate and sometimes daunting aspects of IVF, from understanding the medical procedures involved to managing the rollercoaster of emotions. I believe that knowledge is a powerful tool, and I am committed to equipping individuals and couples with the information they need to navigate this journey with confidence and hope.

 

Throughout this journey, I hope to create a community of support, where those undergoing IVF can find solace, share their stories, and draw strength from one another. Together, we can transform the challenges of IVF into an opportunity for growth, renewal and resilience,  and, most importantly, the fulfilment of dreams.

The foundation of the programme, sharing stories, sharing journeys.  Where you’re at now  compared to where you want to be.

 

  • Week 2 – Health and Nutrution

 

Time to discuss health, food, nutrients.  Importance of regular exercise.  Ensuring your body is in tip top condition.

 

  • Week 3 -  Emotional well being

 

The importance of relaxation. Taking time out for YOU. Incorporating mindfulness into your day.

 

  • Week 4 – Building Resilience

 

Understand resilience. Strategies to cultivate resilience. Address any feelings of guilt or self-blame.

 

  • Week 5 – Relationships

 

Discuss relationships with friends and family / with a partner and most importantly with YOURSELF.

 

  • Week 6 – Realigning Goals

 

Strategies to manage stress.  Discussing the financial impact of IVF and how it affects you. Goal Setting.

 

  • Week 7 – Integration and Envisioning the future

 

Reflection of your journey, celebrate progress and discuss the challenges. Visualisation techniques.

 

  • Week 8 – Conclusion and continuing moving forward

 

Recap and celebrate the wins. Discuss strategies for continued growth.
